These days people may know me as the fitness fanatic, but that wasn’t always the case…
Back in 2014 I was tipping the scale at the highest weight and body fat percentage of my life. I felt ashamed of being out of shape, struggled to find motivation, and lacked clear direction on what to do about it…
I wasted time doing workouts that got me nowhere and forcing myself (yet failing) to do dreaded cardio workouts daily.
I tried every diet imaginable to get the body of my dreams... low fat, low carb, high fat, high protein, smoothies, detoxes, eating 187 small meals a day.
And NOTHING WORKED… at east nothing that was SUSTAINABLE.
If I were to find some short term success and reach my goals, my dream body was short lived… cuz the methods I used to get there weren’t realistic and didn’t align with my lifestyle.
It would take me SEVERAL attempts to finally discover the system that worked best for me, but with each attempt I learned more and more about what really works - & LASTS.
But throughout the countless trials & tribulations is where CorCarpFit was really born.
Having finally achieved REAL and SUSTAINABLE success; and becoming more confident in every aspect of my health, fitness, and life… a passion grew inside of me like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.
There was no doubt in my mind; I was going to help others navigate their fitness journeys toward REAL SUCCESS - and so I became a fitness coach.
Since that day I’ve helped hundreds of individuals that have lost thousands of pounds…
...and learned habits, strategies and knowledge in order to keep the weight off for life.
