About Me

Hi, my name is Cory! I am a husband, (dog) dad, son, brother, uncle; and the reason for this website: personal trainer. While I’ll always call “The Ohio Valley” home, I migrated to northwest Columbus just over seven years ago and absolutely love it here!

 A lot sure has changed over the past seven years, but one thing has not: my desire to help others. I originally moved here to finish my radiology degree at The Ohio State University and work at The Ohio State University Medical Center. I have always loved working with and helping people live healthier and happier lives. In 2015 it occurred to me there was a way I could help people achieve that before they even ended up in the hospital, and here we are.

Since I could walk my hobbies have included anything sport or competition related. I love anything that presents a challenge and pushes the limits. Lifting weights has done that for me since I was in junior high and I’ve matured through many stages of training over the years. It has gone from a class, to sport, to hobby, to profession. Yet one thing always remains the same: PASSION!

So many positive outcomes have stemmed from my love for lifting and fitness. I’ve certainly had my ups and downs, but I will say this: the day I took total control of my health is the day I took control of my life. Since aligning my desire to help others with my passion for fitness I have never been happier. Now, I’d like to share that happiness with you!

If you’re looking for a secret diet pill, or a 15-minute ab solution I am not your guy. There is no such thing as a quick fix for a problem that has likely taken years to develop. But, if you’re ready to learn healthy nutrition habits, willing to work your ass off in the gym, and consistently give your best effort day in and day out, I am your guy!

Over the years I have developed my own unique approach to exceeding goals both inside and outside of the gym. I will challenge you to entertain a new perspective on training and nutrition. Together, we’ll take a step back and look at your goals from a different angle. By focusing positive energy on the processes instead of the products we will instill habits that will stick with you long after we’re finished working together.

 { physical + mental = lifestyle }

The equation is simple, but often left unfinished. Physical transformations are easily attainable, but rarely last.  When you add a mental transformation to the equation the result you are left with is a LIFESTYLE transformation; and those will last you a LIFETIME! Are you ready to change your life?
